The Medical Center's Commonwealth Health Foundation 7th
Annual Charity Ball
The free clinic is a nonprofit, walk-in clinic that provides
low cost dental and free medical services for the uninsured
hard working individuals in the community. It provides
services valued at $37 million to more than 92,000 patients.
In 2010 the Dental Clinic provided services to about 2,000
patients!
If any members are interested in attending the
Charity Ball, tickets are $150 per person. Contact

Charity includes cocktail reception and silent auction,
program and live auction, dinner, Jimmy Church Band and
Dancing! This years theme will be Phantom of the Opera!
